Our Reservation Policies (The Fine Print)
All trips are reserved with a valid credit card. Your credit card will charged at the time of the booking unless other arrangements have been made. All prices are subject to change without notice.
This policy describes the ways Valley Shuttle Service and our employees collect, store, use and protect your personal information.
Valley Shuttle Service understands and respects your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you share with us. That why we do not share any personal information with anyone without your consent.
All reservations are considered as a contract.
A deposit may be asked.
No Show Policy
Please understand, that we have to charge your Credit Card in full in case you don't show up. We do this, as we have blocked the vehicle and the driver for your reservation. This means that we could not take any other reservations for this vehicle in that time frame. Please consider this and cancel your reservation as soon as you know that you don't need it.
Valley Shuttle Service understands that travel plans sometimes may change. You will receive a full refund if you notify our office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time.
Unfortunately, Valley Shuttle Service cannot refund your payment if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
Upon cancellation you will receive a cancellation number.
Your cancellation is NOT complete until you received a cancellation number from our office.
Being part of the transportation business we know about the challenge of possible delays. That is why we have the following waiting time policy. Except for airport pick ups there will be a 10 minute waiting time grace period. After the 10 minutes we will charge you the following:$ 5.00 for the first 5 minutes $ 15.00 for every 15 minutes thereafter.
Depending upon season and our schedule, it might not be possible for the driver to wait after the grace period has expired. If you know you are running late, please call our office or the driver for a possible re-schedule.
Waiting time for Airport Pick Ups
Flight schedules (national and international) are depending on many factors. To find the most comfortable solution for our customers we monitor all arriving flights and do our very best to fulfil our pick up service, even in the event of a flight delay. However, if your flight has too much of delay it might be possible that we get in a time conflict with our next scheduled passenger. If that happens, we will try our best to accommodate you on another shuttle and give you a notice on your provided contact phone number.
Valley Shuttle Service cannot be held responsible for any kind of loss or missed flights as a result of severe weather conditions, road conditions, traffic or vehicle malfunction. For these reasons, we advise our customers to schedule some additional time on their reservations.
Valley Shuttle Service reserves the right to cancel any trip due to inclement weather.
Valley Shuttle Service cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings
By using our services, the client or/and his or her party agrees to act in a responsible manner to preserve the condition of our shuttles. The client will be held fully financially responsible for all damage caused to company property or to third party by him, her or their party during time of service. All our shuttles are strict non-smoking areas. In case of a smoking violation we will charge for each incident $275 to the client(s) credit card. We do not allow the use nor the transportation of any kind of illegal drugs or any other illegal or dangerous substance in our vehicles.
Valley Shuttle Service has the right to refuse transportation or terminate the transportation immediately in case of improper common behavior, agressive or abusive customers, customers not following company policies. No refund will be issued.
